Shipping Information

All of the artworks are printed to order and checked by us. You can expect your print to be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, Australia-wide. You can expect delivery up to 1 week after that.

Prints are available printed to order for customers outside of Australia and will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. You can expect delivery 2-3 weeks after that time.

Returns Policy

Because all artwork is custom printed, customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all custom made orders are 100% appropriate and what they want prior to purchasing.

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind and decide that you no longer want to go ahead with your purchase, you can cancel your order. Simply let us know and if your goods have not already been produced by our printers, you can cancel. Refunds are not available if the items are already in production.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

NED Graphics provides a 12 Month Warranty on all products, with exceptions for the following:

Warranty will not cover normal wear an tear, improper care including accidental breakage due to moving or inappropriate hanging, maintenance and abnormal use of products and commercial use.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and may be requested by NED Graphics Pty Ltd to provide further information.

The ultimate Warranty Claim decision will be subject to the above. Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on the situation of the claim and product circumstance. The claim will be solely at the discretion of NED Graphics Pty Ltd.
